The First Tee of Greater Dallas is seeking a driven and dynamic Program Manager to lead its city-wide youth development programs with a focus on either Dallas or Collin County. The successful candidate will have proven experience in developing, teaching, and managing programs that use the game of golf as a tool to teach young people valuable life skills and core values such as goal-setting and integrity. There are 4 different levels of participation within The First Tee!
PLAYer - Anyone beginning TFT programming (regardless of past experience with golf). Earliest age at TFTD is 7.
Par - Advanced Beginner. Has attended at least 10 classes of TFTD programming and passed PLAYer Certification.
Birdie - Intermediate. Has passed Par Certification.
Eagle - Advanced Intermediate. Has passed Birdie Certification.
Through The First Tee, there are different levels such as PLAYer, Par, Birdie, Eagle, Ace. How do I go from PLAYer to Par? How do I go from Par to Birdie? This brochure explains the certification process.
